Return policy

Kotsonas shoes will accept the cancellation of your order only if you notify us by
e mail 25 working days before the estimated delivery date.

If you have received your order and you want to return or replace it, we have to
be informed within 7 working days from delivery. You will have to return our
product unmarked, unused and with the original packaging including the dust bag
and the original box. You will be notified by email on how we can proceed.
(replacement or refund). You may return the product and get a refund, provided
that the product is exactly as seen on our website ,same colour, fabric and
height. All our products are custom made. So, if you need a different size, the
waiting time will be as if placing a new order (check our size guide to be sure).

Returns or cancellations outside the periods that are mentioned above, may not
be accepted.
